      Constant change is a good thing...

      Pros

      The company is always changing and reinventing how the products work and have positive impacts on the employees, customers and social foot print. This is a big change over the past two years from a historical sales focused company to one that is maturing into a more well rounded one.

      Cons

      Training is sparse internally but commitments have been made that more is on the way . Work life balance is off in most of the departments in the company and communication from higher ups is still not where it should be.

      Pros

      Great benefits and opportunity for promotion. I was an SDR then got promoted to MDR. Great food options and health benefits.

      Cons

      Their positions offer less than competitors. That's why lots of employees left only due to to pay otherwise no reason to leave ever.
