Thanks for your review. You should be able to check out the org chart quickly via SuccessFactors and via The Hub. However, you raise a good point re: responsibility. This has come up before. Thanks for the reminder. I will check with my colleagues in HR to see what is possible.

Pros

Great environment to learn and grow skills as a sales/marketing professional. Everyone is super friendly and more than willing to help. Good pay. Great benefits. Awesome office. Great product. Great company. Great leadership. They do a great job of hiring internally and the experience looks amazing on a resume so it is a win win.

Cons

Not much, other than the job is a total grind sometimes and often requires overtime just to get through the week but it all pays off big time if you keep hitting your numbers and qualifying for SPIFs. It comes and goes in waves. Not your typical desk job. Much more exciting. Another potential con is being around so many smart, outgoing, positive people can get overwhelming and makes it hard to stand out at times but that's a good problem to have in my opinion.

Best of both worlds: an established start-up

Pros

All the excitement and product innovation of a start-up with grown-up company ideas on work/life balance such as generous paid parental leave. CEO Dan Springer has not been shy about talking about potential IPO timing with news outlets.

Cons

There has been some much needed turnover, but having lots of new people can make launching initiatives slower that expected.
