      like with any fast growing company suffers from birth pains not all processes are in place which sometime creates frustration in driving processes

      Pros

      It's amazing to work for a company that could be potentially used by everyone. It's a fantastic brand. The work/life balance here can't be beat. I'm constantly challenged in my role and have been provided plenty of opportunities to reach above and beyond it if I want to.

      Cons

      I think we still suffer from knowing what exactly should be in our product portfolio but it seems like we making efforts to nail down our strategy. It'd be great if we had some educational programs offered here but those changes might be coming.
