Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We are about to kick off planning on rigorous prioritizing which will hopefully address the resources disconnects you reference. Please make sure you weigh in in that process or bubble up the specific needs you see via your management.

Pros

Too many to be listed, here is a few... - Organic fruits/healthy snacks & drinks all day - Great company culture - Work with many bright individuals - Lots of learning opportunity, fast growing - Excellent work life balance (eg. allow IT employees to work from home on Fridays) - Good office location, easy commute (1 min walk from the bus terminal & 8 mins walk from the Ferry building) - Most importantly, we have a great product which everyone knows about and loves. The company has a bright future) - excellent health benefits (employee does not pay for any health insurance(dental/health/vision) premium, it's all free)

Cons

- Lack of 401 k matching - No clear process is in place for employees to request personal development/training/educational budget - It will be nice to have a job rotation program

Great review. Thanks for sharing so many details. Re 401K match, Dan says it is a priority post-IPO. Re training, learning & development is a big priority for our new Chief People Officer, Joan Burke. So stay tuned. I think you will see some traction on this one.

Pros

The people here are great. Everyone is working toward a common goal and we work hard to create a collaborative atmosphere. We are working on bringing a more Diverse voice into this space and continue to expand on the best ideas to help our customers win. I love that we can take time to volunteer with our favorite charitable groups. That is important to me, to have an Impact outside of DocuSign. You can tell that everyone just wants the company to succeed. You get to be part of building that success and it is exciting .

Cons

Management training is needed. Also advancement focus is needed. We are just beginning to scratch the surface of this issue and steps are being taken to make it better. No 401k Match yet.

Thanks. Our new Chief People Officer, Joan Burke, is very focused on management training. So expect to see changes in coming months. 401K matching is possible post-IPO per Dan's most recent comments.
