Pros

Good culture, somewhat flexible working environments, striving to be similar to other modern tech companies with office snacks. Continue to push towards new and better employee benefits.

Cons

Strong push for IPO is leaving a lot of issues unresolved. Sales can be extra stressful as a result. Standard corporate culture and policies of upper management keeping rest of company in the dark regardless of attempts of "Town Halls" or other transparency.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'd love to unpack your comments and get your ideas about how we can create even more transparency. I think Dan has taken some huge strides since he has been here. And his quarterly scorecard is quite "honest", I would say. If you are open to discussing further, please contact me: Ann Poletti. Thx.

Pros

- C-Suite is taking the company in the right direction and I've never been so optimistic about our future - Good opportunities to advance if you are proactive about managing your career and are a strong relationship builder - Diversity programs and IMPACT initiative have helped provide employees with more opportunities to network and give back

Cons

- Still significant politics and layers to navigate - Not always possible to be entrepreneurial and move quickly given need to socialize and convince big egos - Poor performers often kept around too long, including managers who are better at managing up than managing their teams

Thank you for sharing your thoughts in such detail. Our new chief People Officer, Joan Burke, has plans to develop leadership and get a clearer line of site into truly good managers throughout the organization. Try to grab a coffee with her if you are in SF.
