      Highly supportive leadership - Managers genuinely want you to succeed and give you the tools you need to do so. Sales enablement training program allows continuous improvement. Flexible with schedules and occiasional WFH, leadership realizes we have lives and commitments outside of work too, and respects work/life boundaries. Awesome people - The best team I have ever worked with. Highly capable and motivated group. DocuSign hires the best and expects the best, and it shows. Colleagues always willing to help and share knowledge. Great benefits - PTO, Volunteer time off, excellent medical

      Rapid Growth sometimes leaves ambiguity in priorities and direction No 401k Match (yet)

      The level of interest DocuSign has in my well-being is unparalleled. The training is thorough and detail oriented, the benefits are amazing, and everyone on the team is available to help at any given moment.

      Cons

      The number of phone calls a day is revisited every day. If you're timid of getting on the phones, this isn't the position for you.
