      Pros

      The onboarding/training process is extremely thorough and helpful (especially in the SDR role). In addition, the more tenured reps are more than willing to go out of their way to help newer reps. Managers encourage a healthy work/life balance and no one is punished for taking full advantage of their PTO. Great company culture - the Impact team does a lot of charity/volunteer work and every employee feels like part of a bigger team!

      Cons

      There isn't any 401K matching.

      Pros

      Great snacks and the majority of my co-workers were genuinely great people.

      Cons

      As long as you are not in Support, DocuSign can be a great place to work. If you decide to work for DS support be prepared to be micro-managed to the extreme while being told by upper-management "this isn't a Call Center" because we don't black-out (block) the windows .... Really???

      Pros

      DocuSign as a company and a product, offers continual innovation and growth. However, the best part for me is the culture. My team has great chemistry and we all have each other's backs. I have been with the company over three years and couldn't be happier to work here.

      Cons

      There aren't many for me personally, but I would like to have more insight on the overall roadmap for the company.
