      Great work life balance Solid product that people love Nimble mentality, able to propose and implement change

      Cons

      Silos do exist between some departments There's a sense of "group" with your team, but not really with the rest of the company, but this doesn't necessarily impact your day to day Career growth paths are not always laid out or available

      I love being an Account Executive here. Management takes care of their teams. It's a casual environment and everyone keeps it real. There are learning opportunities everywhere - whether you're junior trying to learn from the best or if you're senior and want the opportunity to coach your teammates. Very collaborative. I've referred two close friends here.

      Cons

      The sales team and company is growing, so territories are changing often.

      Great culture, leadership and diversity. Everyone is willing to listen and collaborate, without putting themselves first.

      Commute to Seattle is rough, bus system helps.
