      Super impressed with hiring and on boarding so far

      Pros

      I am on week 1 but from the moment I began interviewing, it was clear that Docusign employees are down-to-earth, fun and passionate group of people. The on boarding process has been fantastic so far with everyone willing to help out and answer questions. - Amazing group pf people. Products people love. Great office locations. Work for The leader in digital transformation, great benefits and work autonomy.

      Cons

      None so far. It's fast moving so there might be processes that need ironing out. Systems could get streamlined but all of this is growing pains.

      - Commute distance (to downtown Seattle from far suburbs) - Medical coverage provides fewer Chiropractic and Naturopathic visits than my last employer
