From the day i started I have felt like a part of my team right away. The company is fairly transparent with goals and expectations, onboarding process was smooth and the perks of working here are great (many team outings, diverse personalities on the team, stocked kitchen, great health benefits). the company is growing which leaves a lot to aspire to. the product is very sound and customers overall see the value very quickly which is more than half the battle. i have never worked somewhere where so many people genuinely seem to want you to succeed and are helpful, from fellow account managers to AE's to technical teams- i really do feel supported and all i have to do is take everything in, give it my all and ramp up fast. its truly an amazing culture that i had not seen before.

Cons

nothing out of the ordinary for a sales role, sometimes things can be stressful but thats the nature of the beast.

- Good Work Life Balance - Generous Benefits

Cons

- Low Balled on Salary, a new hire on my team with the same role makes 15% more than me and I was not offered any level-setting - Management did not listen to constructive criticism of existing processes -Department Leadership has driven away talented persons -Culture of Claim Credit when times are good but shirking responsibility when times are bad

The PEOPLE! The talent at DocuSign is great to work with and helps build a great long lasting network while learning from people who are the best at what they do. It is also great selling and supporting a good product that you know is helping people.

Cons

Growing competition, but you can't expect to be the only player in a multi-billion dollar space forever!
