      flexible, great management, amazing peers, highly collaborative, listens to all levels

      Cons

      -pace of change (expected as DS is growing fast) -benefits are not the best

      Great people, leadership and a great learning opportunity. They make you want to work hard everyday.

      Payment Structure, Incentives as a SDR, It's hard to take vacation....

      Pros

      Growing company, new and exciting technology. Many groups have great managers that really work with you to help further your career. If you get into the right group you have lots of flexibility and support. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Work life balance and diversity issues. Still very male dominated culture. Struggle to get fair compensation Need a more family friendly environment throughout the company and not department specific

      Thank you for your review. Your comments re family-friendly are interesting. We'd like to learn more. Have you thought of starting an Employee Resource Group for Working Parents@DocuSign similar to the ERGs like Women@DocuSign, and DocuPride etc. Michelle Roberts - our Diversity Program Manager - would be the person to speak to. When a small group of people with a common interest get together and develop a plan and propose suggestions, they can move mountains. It seems like a very worthy mission and something we as a company should consider even more thoughtfully.
