      Pros

      Been here for some time now, and our core value proposition has not changed - we still deliver amazing value to our customers. Always bumps along the way, but feel like we are right at the tipping point.

      Cons

      As we have gotten larger, we've gotten more process heavy, there are more conflicting priorities, and it's just generally harder to navigate the organization.

      Thanks for your review. I hope the recently note from B.Brooks regarding our priorities was helpful and covered some of the concerns you outlined above. That and the launch of payments and our CEO sets the ground for a pretty exciting year.

      Pros

      Nice company with a great vision (get rid of paper) and a very emotional product (got to love it). Management, co-workers and colleagues are well selected to make sure to also fit into the companies culture besides technical/professional skills. Nice customer base. Investing into new markets e.g. EU/EMEA, APAC

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of in particular at the moment.
