Pros

People, People, People.. People are awesome and so willing to collaborate.. In last 6 mos, hardly came across any one who is not willing to collaborate.. Fun loving environment. Management is seasoned, honest and approachable from tech industry per se but not matured enough from overall perspective.

Cons

Surprise to see no strategy department.. Probably the first company i have ever worked in my 17 year work career that has no strategy department. Although its a good thing that environment is focused on execution but as the old saying goes, "Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to the victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat”.. So dont perceive as hard cons but still feel company needs strategy and one which is aligned from ground till top.

Thanks for writing such a thoughtful review. We really appreciate the details. It's more helpful for candidates as they assess DocuSign, and it's helpful for our team. As for your points on strategy, I hope you read through the email that Brad Brooks sent yesterday and you should expect to hear more from Dan Springer, our new CEO. Stay tuned.

Pros

Fantastic coworkers, everyone is helpful and friendly. For a sales environment there is very little "back stabbing" or people being unfair to their colleagues.

Cons

The company is growing very fast which leads to rapid changes in policy at times. Sometimes rules change before a written policy is released which can be frustrating.

Pros

- Structured, thorough training that allows you to jump into your role with ease. - Consistent support and check in's in your first months to make sure you are doing ok and keeping up with the pace. - Great perks (dental, health, snack, monthly beer/pizza evenings). - Intelligent employees who are helpful and push you to meet the standard that the company maintains. -The company is growing at a rapid rate, and there is opportunity to advance your career at a much rapid rate than at other companies.

Cons

-As of yet, I have nothing negative to say about DS.

Great input about waiting 2 weeks before going to Seattle. Please share that with your HR team on the ground as well. They can help build that timing in.
