Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The recent internal announcements that our new CEO, Dan Springer made, regarding product and company goals hopefully addressed much of what you outline on the con side. We are pretty excited.

Pros

DocuSign has a great work culture and even in competitive settings people will still go out of their way to help you out.

Cons

The pay could be a little better and it is starting to move away from the startup feeling.

Thanks for your review. If you have thoughts about comp, please reach out to your manager or your HRBP. They can explain our approach in more detail. I just did this myself and at the end of the discussion understood our strategy and support it as a shareholder. It certainly gave me more confidence in the solid, well researched methodology that the team led by Chris Mahar uses.

Apparently the board heard your advice because shortly after you wrote this review, we announced our new CEO Dan Springer who is focused on innovation, customer success and people. His door not only seems to be wide open but he is walking the halls and asking questions and holding Town Halls and meetings with smaller groups of employees. He even attended at Women@DocuSign dinner and jumped right into a candid discussion about the company. We are pretty excited.
