9yWe recently announced our new CEO Dan Springer who is focused on innovation, customer success and people. His door not only seems to be wide open but he is walking the halls and asking questions and holding Town Halls and meetings with smaller groups of employees. Also the head of Product and the Head of Engineering and reporting directly into him. We are pretty excited.

9yI am surprised to read your comments re career path as it was my understanding that the career path is sales is quite clear. The team has been working on career ladders over the past year. Our new CEO is honing the vision and strategy. We just circulated our top priorities and are pretty excited.
