The BEST choice I ever made

I’ve been at DocuSign for over 1.5 years now, and couldn’t be happier with this opportunity. I started as an intern in their sales program, and have worked my way up to this current MDR position. The atmosphere at DocuSign is very fun and motivating. People not only care about the company and job that they have, but they also share a lot of compassion for one another. I literally wake up excited to come to work every day… As an MDR, I am able to continue to build my foundation of sales skills, join an encouraging team, grow as a leader, and have a variety of promotional paths available. The MDR management is also SUPER supportive, and helpful with ensuring that you are successful and happy within your role.
Cons
With such a successful and fast-growing company, one can occasionally feel overwhelmed. This is also part of what I find to be exciting and inspiring about DocuSign, but I just need to make sure I am proactive about asking for help or meeting with managers.
