Great company, people and benefits, hyper growth but not maximising on every people

5yThanks for shouting out the aspects that you like at DocuSign from the people to the direction. I have found that our culture has stayed pretty much intact especially given the pandemic. The speaker series driven by Dan and the ERGs (for the most part) have been inspiring. Slack has also been a great platform for ideas, jokes, etc. that has pulled people together. But I get that you might not have the same experience and many colleagues really miss their teams. It's just not the same. If you have any suggestions on how we might improve the culture, please share them with Maria or Ronan or Mike Sheridan or Dan. Everybody is open to ideas.
