Thank you for sharing your thoughts. As previously announced and shared on our company intranet (The Hub), employees can work remotely (regardless of whether their office reopens) through May 31 (and we might extend that date). Joan and Dan also spoke about our Employee First approach to how and where we work in the future and that most employees will have the option to work part of the time (a couple of days a week?) if not 100% of the time remotely. Joan did mention that many details need to be worked out by HR and that we would have more information in the next couple of months. So, while we don’t have all the answers now and are getting more information about the virus and vaccinations, we are quite confident that we will have a more detailed plan to communicate well in advance of re-opening our offices worldwide.
