Pros

The company is one of the best I've had the chance to work at, especially for all the package it brings. They really work on the comfort of the working environment. Few key points: - Benefits: RSU, travels, events (which seem to disappear, not counting COVID) - A lot of comfort coming from a company already well established in the US. Great offices, and willing to put the money in the hardware

Cons

Salary never evolved Got micro-management Clearly no perspective of evolution, especially from France. Unless you shake the right hands you aren't considered much. Management too self centered. Empowerment and recognition are non-existant
