Pros

Great culture and people support across the board. I feel safe making mistakes here as I am learning so much about my role and our company. There is a conscious awareness and desire to take care of employees as people first. Benefits are very competitive, good PTO, good healthcare options, and several other great benefits easily forgotten like health and well being, commuting, and donation matching. I also really appreciate the commitment to community and providing us opportunities to learn and volunteer.

Cons

Work load with covid and remote is higher than it was in office, work life balance is more of a struggle, If I had a wish list I would love to see 401K match growth in future and separate phone for business use instead of stipend on my personal phone so I could better separate my work and home life.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts especially as regards feeling safe making mistakes here. That is actually a huge point. The COVID-19 crisis has been challenging -- on one hand, we've seen leadership really taking care of employees with the DocuSign cares package etc. and we are blessed to have a strong business during this time. On the other hand, the workload has increased. Taking PTO is really important I find even if it's a COVID-19 staycation.

Pros

It is really easy to hit quota, great snacks, only have to work 8 hours a day, great PTO and benefits

Cons

Manager might show up high or drunk on any given day (causes anxiety), extremely low compensation, micromanaging, only can move on in sales roles

Thanks for sharing your experience at DocuSign. We’ve forwarded your review to Joan Burke, Chief People Officer, and Catherine Lee, the HR Business Partner for your area. We strongly recommend that you contact your manager’s manager or Catherine to share further details of your interactions with your manager as the behavior you describe is unacceptable. Both can also share more about our pay practices.

Pros

During the past 20 years I've worked for large and small tech companies like IBM, Salesforce. DocuSign is truly the best company I've worked for by far. I respect our leadership team's ability to align the company and execute on our visions. Our CEO is humble, kind and inspiring. Its great to see the company's transformation from an eSignature company to an Agreement Cloud Company, allowing tremendous opportunities for growth. People work hard here, but work life balance is real

Cons

The company is growing at a rapid rate, and we don't have the right resources in Real Estate planning to scale the growth. Work space challenges can be a major pain point for employees

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Glad to hear you have work life balance and that you believe in our leadership. We will pass on your "advice" to Peter Traynor who manages both the Real Estate and Workplace Services teams.
