      Pros

      I've seen a ton of growth at the company, and the leadership has done an excellent job of maintaining company vision through these changes—I feel very clear on DocuSign's strategic direction and what success means in the context of the company. I'm constantly inspired by the vision of the company, and feel very excited to work with so many bright and experienced people who are self-starters interested in making the company a success.

      Cons

      DocuSign's culture can be a little fragmented—culture, work-life balance, etc are different team to team.

      Bright, incredible people, unbelievable market opportunity, who's who of investors...companies like DocuSign don't come around very often.

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart, you better be ready to work.
