Pros

DocuSign is an amazing to launch a sales & marketing career. This company is taking off right now. The budgets are large, so there are plenty of trade shows, company events, training, and demand gen to help you build sales fundamentals. I learned more about B2B sales here than any job i've had before or since. This company will provide you exposure to working with some of the leading technology partners and enterprise accounts in the world in a low-risk sales environment. It was fun to come into the office every day.

Cons

Sometimes there isn't a whole lot of structure or process, but that was part of the fun. Figure it out, and leadership will take notice. Biggest gripe: The pay. DocuSign consistently underpays its line employees, because they know they can get away with it. Leave here with a good track record and you can expect your OTE to bump 50% or more.

Pros

Company growing fast and expanding. Good benefits and decent perks. Smart colleagues. Reasonable work-life balance. Some travel, esp to Seattle and San Francisco.

Cons

Larger now (over 1000 people), makes it sometimes hard to know what other teams are doing and why they're doing it (communicating across company is not always great). New industry, still being figured out so convincing customers can be a lot of basics. Lots of bureucrats in some functions like finance, expenses (very hard to work with & not reasonable).

Pros

There are smart coworkers and you tackle big challenges. There are people with a get it done attitude. The teams with true cohesion have built a great culture.

Cons

There recently has been lot of changes and restructuring and loss of critical and amazing individuals that should have been kept due to their work ethic, experience and knowledge. This is challenging for managers, employees and customers. The new focus on SF being the headquarters has caused other offices to be sidelined and therefore the career paths are not there for individuals outside of SF, in the US. The work life balance is not good in some places but it really depends on your role.
