      Pros

      It's a great working atmosphere, really friendly people who want you to succeed an grow your career. Somewhere you can be yourself and speak up, you will be heard by all levels of management. Have outgrown our current office so will be on the move to the hub of silicon docks.

      Cons

      We are running out of office space. Need to have more office events to network with the whole office as we are divided into two floors. Want to be able to showcase our local culture across social channels.

      If you are talking about the Silicon Docks, you must be from Dublin! It is wonderful to hear you can speak up and you will be heard. That is priceless and it's the way to run a business. Sorry to hear you are tight on office space but the move to the much larger space on the docks will be great. Hang in there!
