      Modernizing the way Agreements are made in Japan while Respecting Culture

      Pros

      Investment and executive commitment form HQ to the Japanese market. Great office with the view of Tokyo bay and Tokyo Tower. Open work environment. We have the rare opportunity to change and modernize how Japanese companies and consumers reach agreements by speeding up processes, reducing cost, and increasing compliance.

      Cons

      It does take time to change business culture that has been around in Japan for centuries. Some traditional companies/industries are not yet ready to move from paper based manual process to an all digital process, even though the younger employees and customers see the value of agreeing electronically.

      Pros

      People, Product & Impact. The people I work with every day are driven, passionate and innovative, the product we sell is best in breed and continues to change with the demands of our customers and finally the impact foundation that the company drives from the top down to help our environment and give back to the community.

      Cons

      A challenge but not a con is the same for any global company, getting time with the other regions for best practice sharing due to time zone of Australia.

      Thank you for writing a review! I've also worked at a company where I was in a remote office and we hope that the introduction of technologies like Slack and Zoom will help our global teams feel more connected, even through our various time zones.
