Pros

Smooth interview process, great on-boarding and training and real team environment. 5* for first month. Also ramping on targets to take early pressure off.

Cons

Some of the internal systems are a bit convoluted, like 2 HR systems, but this is part of growing pains of a company growing at such a fast rate.

Cons

- Scaling fast so some process growing pains - EMEA market not as mature (so lots of opportunity, but slightly less brand recognition compared to US)

Pros

DocuSign is the best at what it does in its market area. Its technical infrastructure is significant so its product is solid and, if used correctly, can make a difference to an organisation using it. While all this is technical , it has additional benefits in that it makes the product easy to support and sell. It also make the company easy to represent and be proud of. Everyone I have come across is easy to work with. The atmosphere is very positive, fun, hardworking and polite.

Cons

With a relatively young work force that is primarily sales oriented, with high growth, there can be challenges.
