      Pros

      Autonomy and empowerment. DocuSign is a company that is growing fast and needs people who are able to take responsibility and make decisions. Good working environment fun team activities. IMPACT events are a great opportunity to give back to the community.

      Cons

      Some growing pains with collaboration among different teams and business units but management are willing to listen to feedback and adapt our approach.
