The hyper growth DocuSign has seen over the past 4-5 years has created an amazing environment of top talent, entrepreneurial spirit and unparalleled personal growth opportunities.

Cons

With the above mentioned growth, systems are becoming antiquated quickly, scalability is a bit of challenge, however this is known to be part of the excitement of the velocity we are moving as an organization.

Great organization with passionate leadership. The product is simple to understand and has a big impact to companies all over the world. Fast paced organization with high rate of growth year over year make this an exciting organization to work for.

Cons

With an organization growing as fast as this, sometimes there can be smaller initiatives that fall in between cracks. Can have a tendency to hire outside of company vs promotion from within. All in all these are things that come along with a fast paced company.

I have worked here two years, and was promoted with in 8 months. I came in knowing very little, if anything at all about sales. Now, I consider myself well versed in sales due to the mentoring of junior management and support from my colleagues. DocuSign is a hot company and is growing fast. The company invests in the sales team with trainings, weekly webinars, speakers and other resources. Sales personnel get to travel all over the country, on the company dime, to attend the elite conferences. DocuSign also rewards success handsomely with exotic trips and expensive SPIFFs. For anyone that wants to be apart of a growing, fast paced environment and is burning to grow and succeed, DocuSign is the quintessential choice of employment.

Cons

Annual conference is too long.
