      - Good Work Life Balance - Generous Benefits

      Cons

      - Low Balled on Salary, a new hire on my team with the same role makes 15% more than me and I was not offered any level-setting - Management did not listen to constructive criticism of existing processes -Department Leadership has driven away talented persons -Culture of Claim Credit when times are good but shirking responsibility when times are bad

      - Surrounded by happy and motivated individuals - Management is very well organized and wants to see you succeed - Great workplace environment with the ability to have a life outside of the office - Great office location and facilities

      Cons

      - Growing pains to start with getting the proper equipment and technology on time - Not currently offering 401 k match.

      Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Good to hear you like the people and managers you are working with. Sorry to hear that you didn't have the equipment you needed when you started. We are always looking at ways to onboard employees more quickly. If you are comfortable, please serve up your ideas to me (Ann Poletti) or Jessica Gomez-Sultan (who is very involved with onboarding/Day 1). We need to fix that.

      Pros

      Great product. Great team members. Many happy customers that are very invested in the success of the implementation.

      Cons

      Product group disconnected with customers. Account Managers manage too many accounts. Senior management is so focused on growth that they do not realize a storm is brewing.

      Thank you for writing a review. Product and Engineering now report to Brad Brooks who is very customer focused and is keen to smooth out any disconnects if and where they exist. Be sure to bubble up any opportunities you see to him directly. He is all ears.
