      Pros

      Great pay & Benefits along with a smooth onboarding process.

      Cons

      ERP and HR - a joke. They will not help when there are clear signs and evidence of discrimination. Filed a report with evidence to back up. Leadership was given a training on discrimination. No real course of action. Diversity and Inclusion is fake.

      A company headed for Disaster Especially with the New CEO

      Pros

      The company used to be an amazing place to work with Dan Springer in charge. Things have drastically gone downhill under the new CEO Allan Thygesen and his 'leadership' team. The executive team is seedy and unethical. Since the new CEO he first cut our Benefits without notice, there's a serious lack of transparency, and many of those who survived the recent lay-offs are starting to look for the exit.

      New CEO dishonest, unethical, lack of transparency, took away our Benefits without notice. New CEO has a dire outlook on the company and his competence.

      Pros

      Product is stellar and has a lot of growth potential across different agreement solutions, especially with future acquisition potential.

      Cons

      The new C-Suite is changing everything, and not necessarily for the better- lack of visibility and a major culture shift is making it not the best place to work (like it used to be). layoffs and lack of roadmap clarity make it a difficult place to be right now in any role.
