Pros

Great MDR management and team culture. Everyone on my team is really willing to help out. Also great benefits generally speaking. Love the ability to work from home but having the option to go into the office every so often

Cons

Onboarding and training was really lacking, had to do a lot of self teaching and reaching out to peers to learn. My trainer was really disengaged and didn’t seem to care about my learning. Felt like a number. Hard to take time off being on a monthly quota.

Pros

Great team environment. Great products and brand recognition. Great office experience with snacks and a comfortable work environment.

Cons

Training is not well focused on each position they are all more of an overview. It is really on the employee to make a big effort to seek out knowledge that will help perform the job better.
