Pros

Companies can show their true colors in good and bad times. Covid created an enormous amount of marketshare and opportunity. Unfortunately, leadership couldn't figure out how to sustain that momentum and parlay it into other profitable areas around document management and analytics. This resulted in a leadership restructure and RIF's. Pros: Good pay Good benefits RSUs Good product suite

Cons

Poor long term vision across the board. Mid level management inexperience Acquired technology poorly integrated
