Pros

I've worked at a lot of tech companies and the culture here is so welcoming, supportive, and aligned. The leadership at DocuSign is really strong, there's a sense of warmth and passion for the work we do. My boss is super chill, but in a very good way. The benefits are really great. I think line-by-line, DocuSign offers more benefits and more compensation with the benefits package that most places. Ton's of perks and reasons to stay here.

Cons

This may seem petty, and I am very thankful for what we have, AND the snacks could use a little upgrade / rotation.

Pros

I have found tremendous support for my personal life situation which frequently interferes with working on a 'regular' and 'normal' workday hours schedule. As long as I communicate and get my work done, it has been wonderful to work around daycare schedules and complications as a single mom without fear of losing my job. The benefits and the atmosphere rock in comparison to past positions and places I've worked and I am challenged by my work and am learning daily.

Cons

We hate paper...I love to take notes and draw things out, on paper...and I'm working toward doing those things digitally, it's just not my style or learning preference. But other than that, I don't have any.

Great snacks and the majority of my co-workers were genuinely great people.

Cons

As long as you are not in Support, DocuSign can be a great place to work. If you decide to work for DS support be prepared to be micro-managed to the extreme while being told by upper-management "this isn't a Call Center" because we don't black-out (block) the windows .... Really???
