Pros

The people are fantastic top to bottom. The executive leadership has great vision for where they plan to take the company. Management and peers alike are extremely talented. Feedback culture is strong and everyone I've worked with has been very accessible. Peers help with learning, managers are supportive. With being a growth company, there's tremendous opportunity for career growth. Roles are being created and teams are growing to support the book of business.

Cons

They need more people. Many business units seem lean, supported by a few veterans with lots of experience doing everything they can to bring new faces up to speed. DocuSign is investing in people and hiring in droves, but we're just not quite there yet. Training has improved immensely but there's still a gap.

Thanks. It's great to read your comments about the team, executive leadership, culture, peer learning, career growth and support for the book of business. There are some load balancing issues. We'd encourage you to keep discussing those (where you see them) with your HR Business Partners so they are aware because they are involved in organizational planning. I've seen some recent strides beefing up certain areas that need more staff and am taking that as a positive sign that we are continuing to focus on our goals and align resources accordingly. Glad also to hear you see improvements in training. The Talent Development has launched many programs and offerings including Educational Assist and DocuSign Learning. And they have some pretty robust talent development programs in the pipeline. So stay tuned.

Pros

Great culture and amazing people. Good place to get your foot in the door in tech.

Cons

Pay is way below market. Very inefficient internal process's. Promotions are slow and not a lot of training/learning opportunities. Management has no issues lying to keep the ship moving forward.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Most concerning is your comment about "Management has no issues lying ..." I'd encourage you to speak to Michael Erisman or Olga Kibler in HR or call the employee hotline depending on the issue.

Pros

- There's great benefits that are getting better - 4 weeks of vacation, 3 days of volunteer time, 401k matching coming, 6mo maternity/paternity leave, $50 transit subsidy per mo, money to cover medical deductibles, etc. - Work/life balance is great - in SF, people leave the office around 5 and almost no one is there after 6 - Smart people - Everyone is really sharp from great schools/backgrounds, but still really down to earth and excited to help even across functions when you email out of the blue - Awesome product (40%+ share) that sells itself and is getting better with internal development, acquisition and fine tuning - Budget to run great programs and do what needs to be done - Stock is doing great at the moment

Cons

- Salary is competitive but not super high (stock helps that though) - No catered lunches but very well stocked kitchens - Org is still getting settled and there are some curiosities, but this should work itself out soon

Thank you for sharing your detailed thoughts. Would love to know what the "curiosities" are? ;-) 401K matching announced.
