      evidence of racial bias among certain leaders

      Pros

      Company is supportive of wellness benefits such as monthly stipends, cell phone bill reimbursements. Company is still growing (despite layoffs) therefore there is still opportunity to learn and grow with a great product

      Cons

      Multiple individuals coming forward claiming racial bias with evidence given to HR however the individuals in question still remain at the company with no repercussions. Some teams welcome diversity but this is not the case for all teams. I hope the company does better in ensuring that racial bias trainings are offered to upper level management and everyone else at the company. This “tone at the top” makes minority team members feel excluded and unseen and unheard

      Pros

      Great benefits, work from home, pretty fun environment, nice people, working for a company with a well-known name and strong reputation.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the job was just not what I thought it was going to be or what I felt I was told in the interview. In the division I was in, we were mostly selling very small, transactional deals and there was a compliance feel to it as well. Customers were not thrilled with the conversation and very regularly were comfortable going to competition.

      Stay Away!

      Pros

      Great benefits including health care monthly premiums being covered, internet/phone reimbursement, gym in office, WFH.

      Cons

      DocuSign is literally five times as expensive as their main competitor, Adobe. It is impossible to hit quota and I have now watched 11 of my colleagues leave over the last couple of months. I’ve never seen such a high attrition rate in my life.
