Pros

The company offers decent benefits and there are some truly exceptional individuals working here.

Cons

The company's lack of a clear vision hinders its ability to effectively expand the product and build out its ecosystem. The continuous hiring of c-suite and senior managers has not led to an improved understanding of tackling the actual pain points of technical debt. Many projects can be shifted from reinventing wheel for unnecessary things to refining products for our customers.
