      Pros

      Coworkers are fun, e-Sign product works well with somewhat new innovation, and the support team has improved in last few years (used to be horrible) Trying to bring back out of state team meet ups which doesn't go unnoticed.

      Cons

      Quotas are unattainable. The average rep hit ~ 60 - ~80% last year, and this year without inflation in SFDC plus economy plus less than stellar CLM tool, most reps are hitting ~ 30% - ~ 40%. I don't know one AE who isn't looking elsewhere at this point. Return to office if you care about that, and increased micromanagement into day to day activities because management refuses to take accountability for the attainment and instead blame it on the AEs.

      Business really went down the drain. Unattainable quotas, lack of company alignment on goals. I appreciate leadership says they were trying to get Docusign back to where it used to be but don’t think that will happen for a few year

      Pros

      Good development opportunities and benefits. Learned a lot about sales.

      Cons

      Big org changes in a post-pandemic world. They're moving back to the office, cutting benefits, and employees. Quotas were pretty unattainable, but it's very verticle dependent. Went through 2 rounds of layoffs, one of which was horribly managed by an interim CEO/board member. The former CEO is also suing the company, but I guess that's what happens when you lose 80% of your stock price in a year.
