Pros

I can't rate the experience I've had highly enough. Best time of my life, and (hopefully) work of my career. - Sincere execution of every corporate best practice I can think of - Takes excellent care of staff - Outstanding recognition and gratitude-based culture - Generous benefits and compensation - Positive and forward-leaning vision with committed leadership - Open to change, personal initiative and growth of employees - Design team growing and developing along several maturity measures

Cons

- Multiple levels of management dilutes goals & directives - Longevity of business results in a few sacred cows - Pockets of "not invented here" syndrome, bunch of legacy tech-stacks - Growth-stage post IPO results in some growing pains

Our benefit team is top notch. They will be glad to see your comment here. If you have any thoughts about inter-team comms, please serve them up to Kirsten Wolberg as this is an area our CEO has asked her to spearhead.
