Pros

The on boarding process at DocuSign was tremendous! I went through 3 stages of interviews. The 1st being a phone interview which lasted about 30 mins. Then was the virtual interview through HireVue asked 5 questions and took about 15 mins. Then within a few days I was interviewing at the Seattle office. The interview took about an hour and was with 3 sales managers. After the interview we took a tour and was told i would hear back in a few days. They let me know the next morning that i was hired. That whole process only took a week! Then came Discovering DocuSign, the week long on boarding training. Here, i met people from various offices and countries. In that week we took part in Sales Boot Camp where you are trained on the product, sales methodologies and the DocuSign way. This week was fun and educational, and the next week followed with more training. The 1st week in the office was full of learning, networking and career building. DocuSign spends so much time ensuring you are prepared and equipped with the tools needed to succeed. I have enjoyed every minute of my employment at DocuSign and am excited to start my career here.

Cons

None so far. I have loved everything DocuSign has to offer.

Pros

Market leader in a niche application Good place to move into your first sales role

Cons

Woefully under skilled managers, with next to no leadership training or skills. Culture is non-existent. More people miss targets than achieve them Lot of travel Very much a top down approach to managing
