Shalom DS Israel ... thanks for sharing your thoughts. My sources tell me the Israeli office got a coffee machine upgrade. Am I wrong? Or am I missing something? What is a DocuCoffee?

Pros

There is a fun, energetic culture that makes it easier to go to work everyday. DocuSign invests in team building activities and makes sure you have a comfortable work environment. You get to meet some of the best people.

Cons

Depending on the job, the timeline for promotions are unclear.

I so agree with the importance of diversification at the top. Thank you for mentioning it and I think our CEO Dan Springer has really made some great strides in increasing the diversification of his direct reports ("E-Staff") and our Board of Directors. Glad to hear you see that the company invests in team building activities. As regards a "timeline" for promotions. I am not sure anyone is very promised a timeline for promotions because they are based on performance which can take different individuals longer depending on skills and projects. However, if you mean path for promotion, I'd encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner to better understand career paths in your area and also chat with your manager. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Pros

The company itself was a great place to work. Overall, the people were very nice and friendly. The onboard was great. As any tech company you have the free snacks, drinks, some time lunches, and of course the Friday Happy Hours. The flex hours and benefits were great. Orca and parking reimbursement. Can work from home if needed.

Cons

After working with the team I noticed that they were friendly in front of your face but then they would talk behind your back. The team was divided into cliquish group. It was pretty childish. If you were not accepted into the any cliques then your life there was a hard one. You have one supervisor for a group of 3 people and not team leads. No growth available within the department since you have a superior to watch over 3 people. How silly is that? Then we wonder why the pay increase was little.
