I am convinced that in the Sales Development Rep role in Docusign, I am getting far more responsibility and exposure than I would be receiving in another company for the same role. Typically, the scope of this role is tightly defined and restricted, giving limited exposure and learning opportunities. So far I have been receiving direct recognition for the work I have been doing, and people are genuinely interested in our development So far I've been flown out to Seattle twice and also brought over to London - this demonstrates the company's commitment to getting everyone involved in the culture and development of the organisation Every other day we have different members of the larger executive team passing by the Dublin office to share their wisdom and get to know the new people joining the organisation. It's a great opportunity to rub shoulders with the VPs and C-level staff, which is very rare for most global companies
