Pros

I've read some of the negative reviews and I don't get it. I guarantee I'm not getting paid to write a good review. This is honest. I'm relatively new but I'm impressed with Docutech. The CEO is a great guy. He's busy but hey...he's the CEO. In fact, I haven't met anyone there I didn't like. There are a lot of company perks and I was impressed with the onboarding and training when I first started. The salary range is competitive, especially for a private business in this area.

Cons

It's really busy and there's a lot going on. I don't think it's for everyone but some people thrive in that environment.

Pros

DocuTech is a great fast paced work environment. The Company moves fast and there are many opportunities for growth and development. My co-workers are great and the Company is about driving results, there is little time for politics which is refreshing to find in a medium sized company. The new building is very nice, lots of space to grow and a real "Google" feel to it. They provide all the state of the art tools you need to be successful and do your job. Overall, it is a great place to work!!!!

Cons

The only downside is that if you don't want to work hard and work fast, this might not be the place for you.

Pros

Occasional free lunch, most coworkers are relatively friendly, and free soda. Decent benefits if you're willing to shell out roughly $800 a month for them.

Cons

The company doesn't know what direction it really wants to go. Products are launched prematurely. Company has a bad reputation and will prey upon those who haven't heard.
