Flexible hours and ability to work from home Opportunities to learn new things Lots of responsibility Management listens to employees Relaxed atmosphere Little in way of politics, people are all very nice to be around Free drinks

Cons

Equipment is rather dated in places Existing infrastructure is in need of an upgrade Facilities could use a little work Kitchen but no cafeteria Parking lot could use some work
