Loved the things that the company offered like free drinks and hour lunches. Also really enjoyed the Christmas parties, the company would bring someone in to talk and it was always someone very inspiring. We had lots of dart gun games and everyone was positive most of the time. It was nice to work in a place where everyone was so great

Many possibilities to own your work. Some absolutely great people to work with. Fun atmosphere. Lots to do and can be very rewarding. Flexible hours and work schedules.

Cons

Can be very chaotic. Focus and priorities can shift on a dime. Not a lot of possibilities for upward movement career-wise. High turnover. Compensation is relatively low.
