Pros

Docutech is an ambitious, forward looking company. They have great executive leadership with lofty goals, and they continue to meet their goals. Docutech is culture-oriented and places a lot of focus and effort into making a safe, healthy, positive work environment. From a technology perspective, Docutech is moving forward with the newest technologies and is open to suggestion on the best practices. Docutech is competitive with other local employers, in terms of pay, benefits, etc. Overall, this is a very acceptable place to work!

Cons

There is a lot of remote workers in different time zones. This isn't a bad thing, necessarily, but can be a challenge aligning schedules.

Pros

Docutech has 100% transformed over the past 3 years and I have seen major changes in the short time I have been here. My Favorite part is the amount of support that I get from my boss, her boss, and all the way to the CEO. The whole C-Suite knows my name, I interact with many of them on a regular basis, and I feel like they trust my department and really give us a lot of credit for the work that we do behind the scenes. This could be anything from finding ways to help the company to improve costs, forecast revenue, create budgets, do departmental analytics, and find ways to make the company succeed. Being only a few years out of college, I never would have had this experience at another company and my growth since being here has been exponential.

Cons

Just like how we have changed tremendously over the past 3 years, there are a lot of growing pains. I work in the new office located in AZ and there aren't many people who work at this office so sometimes it gets quiet especially if you come in early or stay late. (sometimes it is nice to work in a quiet place though)
