Executive team with no clue. Company built by idiot that ran it into the ground. Once they were bought out by Pitt Ohio they built an executive team made up by Conway rejects that do t have a clue. They put the dirty work into the hands of middle management then act like they don’t have a clue when people complain. Constant cut backs, layoffs, and realignments causes grief with the drivers and that is taken out on the terminal managers. No backing from corporate, they stay detached and in denial. Great company to stay away from, far away.

Management is a joke. They say no more remote work. Must be in office. But, look out in the parking lot at any time of the day you won't see their cars. They're working from home or just gone. You get harassed for taking sick time, they don't care about your health. NO SICK DAYS. you must use your own earned pto if you're sick. Rules should be the same for everyone. There shouldn't be a hierarchy for rules just in terms of management. If you want us here all the time then you better be too to at least set a good example.
