Good hours Decent pay

Cons

No overtime pay until over 50 hours but you will rarely work over 50 hours No benefits until after 6 months Very intense labor ( use pallet jack to move 2000 pound product with no help) Dispatch is very rude and sarcastic most of the time, shows lack of empathy Very physical demanding everyday

I loved my coworkers.

Cons

HR is a joke. Don't call them if you need something. Management is horrible. They don't like you to stay late but if your work is not done then you get wrote up for it. They will write you up for anything while others are getting away with worse. Everyone else kept getting raises except us.
