Enormous amount of change in a short amount of time. This is a huge pro, in all reality, but sometimes a struggle to keep up with.

All the hours you want. The work is here if your wanting a full 40 hours plus. Running Wisconsin is a good trip too.

Cons

A lot of the equipment needs some upgrades. Like anywhere there is always something that will need a trip to the shop.
