Upper management couldn't run operations if they had to.

Gain experience and help spend time reinventing the wheel.

Cons

Managers are treated like trash. No support from directors or hr. Drivers and uneducated supervisors run the circus. Hr has to be involved in all disciplinary action and attacks the manager vs addressing the issues at hand.

I really love working here, The attitude is laid back, your family life does matter to them, the equipment is decent for the most part

Cons

the sturgeon terminal is basically in between two corn fields, the internet signal is poor and makes it hard to use your tablet for your driver logs and vehicle inspections, its not dohrns fault, its just not a prime location for high speed internet
