When Dohrn took over the terminal the equipment improved.

Cons

No OT until you complete 3 years. Communication with HR sucks. I was full time for 1 1/2 years. Voluntarily left and remained a casual PT driver for another 1 1/2 years with HR blessing. Was terminated without cause or notice. Because I was a casual driver unless I was called upon I had no day to day communication with anyone at the company. I found out about the decision to let me go because I received a letter from the 401 k administrator asking what I wanted done with my savings. Even after sending 2 emails to HR I received no response from the company what so ever.

Decent hours, the people are fun to work with

Cons

No paid over time untill you reach the beginning of your 4th year even thought 10 hours a day is mandatory. Pto sucks Only aloud to miss 15 days a year includding your paid vacation Insurance plans are terriable Most people in managment treat you like a number on a spread sheet instead of a humanbeing
