Pros

Great work/life balance: the only Bay Area Hi-Tech Company still offering 9/80 schedule (or alternative Friday off, only Oil and Gas industry offers that nowadays). Good benefits designed towards long-term employee retention. Very low attrition rate.

Cons

Company lack of decision or slow in decision. Accountability very low. Not very good at executing outside licensing business, especially hardware.

Pros

Employees are friendly. Pay is high. Bonuses and sales commissions get paid, regardless of results. You will notice that every review cites the "off fridays" as the main 'pro'.

Cons

The company spends money like a drunk sailor. Except for the legal team, the company is equally productive to a drunk sailor. Zero accountability or leadership from middle management all the way to the Board.
